I Got a rad accoustic electric guitar today from my grandpa as a hanukah gift. im confused by the chord chart im wicked blonde. i was curious of how long it took others to learn guitar so i can get an estimate fer how long itll take me.
I’ve hoping to be able to play an musical instrument for a very long time but for some reason that I cant do it as i like. well,now, i can have the chance to play some. but i found i have no idea about music because i never learn any about it…so where can i start from? and which one of bass and guitar is easier for me to start with? thank you so much!

I had just decided to try and learn guitar, been wanting to for years but just now got the motivation.
I really dont have the time to go to guitar lessons with work and all, so was gonna try to learn from home maybe with a little help from the internet..

I’m doing abrsm piano grade 8 and I’m taking the exam next year, and I really want to learn guitar but my parents just won’t let me. They just want me to finish piano, and i really want to have a guitar and learn guitar and stuff..
Hello, I had been wanting to learn guitar for the absolute longest time now and will have a lot of free time coming up this second semester of my senior year in high school. Was wondering if it will be better to learn guitar by myself or from lessons.
I used to be in orchestra playing the violin until my junior year of high school so I guess you could say I have some music background.
Also, at the age of 18, is it a little late to learn guitar or no?
